Where can I view my internet usage online?
Internet usage can be viewed by logging into the customer portal with your username and password and selecting "unbilled".
The online internet usage is not live and can be up to 24 hours behind your current usage limit. For an up to date live usage value you may contact our office on 1300 587 623 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are looking at your usage as a result of slow internet performance it would be best to complete some simple troubleshooting steps and call our office for assistance if required. We have other articles that might assist for slow response related issues.
