The fees and charges that may apply to your account depend on:

  • whether you are supplied by Active Utilities or Savant Energy;

  • the service supplied;

  • the state or territory where your premises are located;

  • whether you are supplied by a retailer or an exempt seller; and

  • the type of work or service requested.

Not every fee shown in a schedule will apply to every customer. Any applicable fee will be charged in accordance with your agreement, the relevant fee schedule and the regulatory requirements applying to your account.

Fees may differ where physical attendance, an external distributor, metering provider or contractor is required. We will not charge a fee that is prohibited under the requirements applying to your account.
