Direct debit is available as a convenient way to pay your Active Utilities or Savant Energy bills automatically from your nominated bank account.

Direct debit payments for both businesses are processed by Active Utilities and are subject to the same Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.

The agreement explains how direct debit arrangements operate, including scheduled payments, changes, cancellations, dishonoured payments and disputes.
