Direct Debit
Never think about another account! Whether you're at home, interstate or overseas, Direct Debit pays your account on or near the due date monthly without you lifting a finger. To take advantage of this handy bank account payment method, just contact us to obtain a Direct Debit authority.
BPAY and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)*
If you use online banking, you're probably already familiar with these payment methods. Most banks offer BPAY and EFT at no charge, but do be aware there's a processing delay. So you'll need to allow 7-10 days for your monthly payment to reach Active Utilities.

Telephone payment is available by calling 1300 587 623.
If Yes, Active Utilities are one of the few providers to still accept payment by mail. You'll find there's a payment stub included with your monthly bill for just that purpose. Simply tear that off and post your cheque or money order to:
